The very best way to do the course is in a small group. These groups are for people who want the work to become lived: choice, awareness, healing, freedom, and authentic community.

Begin a Course PrivatelyWhy group matters
We meet weekly to encourage one another, discuss the lesson, ask questions, and share the thoughts and experiences the material brings up.
The handouts matter. The book matters. The video matters. But the small group gives you people to process with, practice with, and keep returning to the work with.
What happens in the group
The Choice facilitator guide frames the group around discovery, not compliance. The work is spacious, honest, and application-focused.
Each week can include a companion video, a chapter or lesson focus, handout discussion, questions, shared thoughts, encouragement, and a simple practice for the week ahead.
Groups are held as confidential practice spaces. They are not therapy, medical care, or crisis support, but they are meant to be respectful, grounded rooms where people can speak honestly without being fixed or shamed.
Use the lesson video to orient the week.
Notice agreements, programming, fear, and freedom in your own life.
Ask questions, share thoughts, and bring the work into honest conversation.
Carry one simple integration practice into daily life.

What people begin to experience
These are anonymized outcome snapshots, not promises or pressure. They name the kind of fruit the group is built to support.
Outcome
People practice noticing when they are trying to say the right thing instead of telling the truth kindly.
Outcome
The group rhythm helps participants catch old agreements before those agreements make the decision for them.
Outcome
The weekly rhythm gives people one simple integration step to carry into ordinary life.
