Most of us know what it feels like to move through a day on autopilot, saying yes before we even ask if it is true. This work helps you notice what has been holding you, release the false agreements underneath it, and choose a life that feels more honest, free, and fully your own.
What is this work?
This work helps people let go of old beliefs and patterns that have been holding them back, so they can live with more freedom, peace, and confidence.
Gil Hodges Freedom helps spiritually hungry people recognize the inherited beliefs, fear-based patterns, and hidden agreements that have been shaping their lives. What if the life you are trying so hard to fix is asking to be untethered instead?
The work is not about forcing belief or giving you another system to perform. It is about conscious awareness, choosing from a freer place, and practicing that freedom in relationships, rest, work, community, and spiritual life.
Gil teaches through books, Sunday gatherings, meditations, courses, Authenticity Groups, and The Pearl in Collinsville, Mississippi.
