Choose Both CoursesWhat the course is like
The Choice facilitator guide says the book is not to be rushed. It invites people into conscious awareness, Agreements, Belief System, and Programming while keeping the group focused on discovery instead of compliance.
The course rhythm combines the book, participant handouts, recorded teaching, reflection prompts, and simple practices that help the work become visible in ordinary life.
Participant guide
Facilitators hold safety, normalize resistance, and keep the focus on lived application instead of information alone.
Lesson videos
The full Choice Course is structured as 27 lessons, released weekly for monthly students and available all at once for full-access students.
Weekly rhythm
Each session gives participants a handout, companion teaching, conversation prompts, and a simple integration practice.
Opening movement
Choice begins with the nervous-system relief of realizing that real love does not require performance.
Core focus: choice as the foundation of love, the reality of freedom, and trust. Practice: The Permission Pause - "I am free to choose."
Core focus: noticing agreements rooted in fear, pressure, or obligation. Practice: The Agreement Check-In - "What am I agreeing with right now?"
Core focus: reclaiming authority over internal response when programming, trauma, belief systems, or spiritual agreements have trained a person to feel powerless.
