Choice Course

Practice the freedom to choose again.

Most people do not lose freedom all at once. They trade it away through small agreements made from fear, pressure, or survival. Choice helps you see those agreements and practice the freedom to choose again.

What the course is like

Choice turns insight into weekly practice.

Choice is not to be rushed. It invites people into conscious awareness, agreements, belief systems, and programming while keeping the group focused on discovery instead of control.

The course rhythm combines the book, participant handouts, recorded teaching, reflection prompts, and simple practices that help the work become visible in ordinary life.

Participant guide

Discovery, not control.

The focus stays on lived practice instead of information alone. What agreement is showing up, and what freer choice is possible now?

Lesson videos

Recorded group teaching.

The full Choice Course is structured as 27 lessons. Monthly students receive the weekly rhythm and full-access students receive the available course library.

Weekly rhythm

Watch, reflect, discuss, practice.

Each session gives participants a handout, companion teaching, conversation prompts, and one simple practice to carry into the week.

Opening movement

The first weeks establish the language of freedom.

Choice begins with the nervous-system relief of realizing that real love does not require performance.

Week 1

Choice, Love, and Freedom

Core focus: choice as the foundation of love, the reality of freedom, and trust. Practice: The Permission Pause - "I am free to choose."

Week 2

From Obligation to Participation

Core focus: noticing agreements rooted in fear, pressure, or obligation. Practice: The Agreement Check-In - "What am I agreeing with right now?"

Chapter 2 / Part 1

Challenges to Choice

Core focus: reclaiming authority over internal response when programming, trauma, belief systems, or spiritual agreements have trained a person to feel powerless.

Lesson rhythm

The course is built to be practiced, not rushed.

The lesson map below shows the public shape of the path. The monthly path opens one lesson each week so its video and handout can be practiced slowly.

Full access opens the available course library, with new material added as the course continues to grow.
