Join an Authenticity GroupWhat the course is like
Choice is not to be rushed. It invites people into conscious awareness, agreements, belief systems, and programming while keeping the group focused on discovery instead of control.
The course rhythm combines the book, participant handouts, recorded teaching, reflection prompts, and simple practices that help the work become visible in ordinary life.
Participant guide
The focus stays on lived practice instead of information alone. What agreement is showing up, and what freer choice is possible now?
Lesson videos
The full Choice Course is structured as 27 lessons. Monthly students receive the weekly rhythm and full-access students receive the available course library.
Weekly rhythm
Each session gives participants a handout, companion teaching, conversation prompts, and one simple practice to carry into the week.
Opening movement
Choice begins with the nervous-system relief of realizing that real love does not require performance.
Core focus: choice as the foundation of love, the reality of freedom, and trust. Practice: The Permission Pause - "I am free to choose."
Core focus: noticing agreements rooted in fear, pressure, or obligation. Practice: The Agreement Check-In - "What am I agreeing with right now?"
Core focus: reclaiming authority over internal response when programming, trauma, belief systems, or spiritual agreements have trained a person to feel powerless.
