Our Africa work with UFAM.

Our Africa work with Pastor Isaac Tendo and UFAM in Mukono, Uganda centers on practical love: children in school, community restoration, clean water, power, land, and a local church and school becoming a brighter place for the people around them.

The work

Together, we can make a difference.

This work is already touching families in Mukono through Lifted Seed Academy, child sponsorship, local ministry, and practical community support.

Phase 1 helped make Lifted Seed Academy official, creating capacity for up to 200 students. Continued support helped children enter school and receive care that reaches beyond the classroom.

The larger story is restoration made visible: Pastor Isaac and UFAM serving children, families, roads, school needs, church life, and the ordinary places where a community needs hope to become practical.

Education

Lifted Seed Academy

Phase 1 funded the work that helped establish the school and create room for many children to receive a Christian education.

Children

Sponsorship

Child sponsorship helps provide education, medical care, clean water, nutrition, and mentorship.

Community

Restoration

The work was never only about one building. It included roads, families, children, and a community seeing practical love at work.

Phase 2 vision

Water, power, land, and room to grow.

The next layer of the work includes fresh water and sanitary toilets for the school and community, clean and consistent power through solar panels, more sponsored children, land next to the church and school, additional buildings for toilets and showers, and a second floor for the school building.

The heart was simple: let one local expression become a model for broader restoration. First the person, then the family, then the community, then the earth.

01

Clean water and sanitary toilets

Fresh water and clean toilets for the school, with access that blesses the wider community as well.

02

Consistent power

Solar power for the school and church buildings, creating stability for learning and community life.

03

More children in school

Sponsorship support for children who were waiting for the chance to attend Lifted Seed Academy.

04

Land and expansion

Land next to the church and school, additional sanitary buildings, and room for the school to grow.

Sponsor the mission

One direct way to help is sponsoring a child.

UFAM's sponsorship page shares children and stories connected to the mission. Sponsorship helps turn restoration into something specific: a child known by name, supported in school, cared for, and given a stronger path forward.

Today

The heart of this page is simple: remember the work already done, keep relationship at the center, and point people toward a current way to support UFAM's mission in Uganda.
