A free room to breathe

Looking for a free online spiritual gathering without pressure or performance?

Sunday Morning Meditation and The Gathering offer a gentle way to experience Gil Hodges Freedom before choosing a book, group, or private pathway.

Come without needing the right words.

Some people arrive with Christian language. Some come from another spiritual tradition. Some are uncertain what they believe. The room is not built around winning an argument or performing certainty.

You can listen quietly, leave your camera off, participate when invited, or simply notice whether the conversation feels honest and useful. No separate registration or paid commitment is required for the Sunday doorway.

Begin with meditation, then stay for conversation.

Sunday Morning Meditation begins at 10:45 a.m. Central Time. The Gathering begins at 11:30 a.m. Central Time. They use separate live links, both available from the events page.

Meditation gives the body time to arrive before the mind starts solving. The Gathering creates room for teaching, questions, lived experience, and spiritual community without pressure to pretend.

What happens after a first Sunday?

There is no required next step. Some people subscribe to The Freedom Flow, read Choice, return the following week, or explore an Authenticity Group when enrollment is available. Others simply carry one useful question into the week.

The most valuable response is often small: notice one inherited agreement, pause one automatic reaction, or practice one honest choice in an ordinary relationship.

A clear note about recording.

The Sunday events may be recorded and broadcast to Facebook and YouTube. The live join page explains the recording notice before entry. Cameras-off participation is welcome.

Use the Events and Gathering page for the current schedule and join links. If you have a question before attending, send it through the contact page.
