Sunday Morning Meditation begins at 10:45 a.m. Central Time. The Gathering begins at 11:30 a.m. Central Time. They use separate live links, both available from the events page.
Meditation gives the body time to arrive before the mind starts solving. The Gathering creates room for teaching, questions, lived experience, and spiritual community without pressure to pretend.
What happens after a first Sunday?
There is no required next step. Some people subscribe to The Freedom Flow, read Choice, return the following week, or explore an Authenticity Group when enrollment is available. Others simply carry one useful question into the week.
The most valuable response is often small: notice one inherited agreement, pause one automatic reaction, or practice one honest choice in an ordinary relationship.
