Every Sunday at 10:45 AM Central for about 30 minutes on Zoom. The practice is free, guided, gentle, and cameras-off friendly. What might open if you stopped forcing the week before it even began?
Important: Sunday Meditation is recorded, but it is not broadcast live to Facebook or YouTube. Cameras-off is welcome, and everyone's privacy is protected.
