Privacy and trust.

When you submit a contact, course-interest, Pearl inquiry, or free-call form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone if entered, selected topic, and message. We use it to respond and help you find the next step.

At checkout we collect your name, email, selected path, amount, and access details needed for courses, groups, donations, scholarships, receipts, and follow-up. Payments are handled by PayPal; Gil Hodges Freedom does not see or store your card number.

Course access, receipts, confirmations, and personal follow-up may be sent by email. Newsletter signup is handled through Substack, which has its own privacy practices and unsubscribe controls.

The site may use ordinary browser storage or cookies for session login, referral links, course access, and checkout continuity. If analytics are added, they should be used to understand site health and visitor flow, not to sell personal information.

Sunday Meditation is recorded, but it is not broadcast live to Facebook or YouTube; cameras-off is welcome, and everyone's privacy is protected. The Gathering may be recorded or streamed to Facebook and YouTube. Event pages state the recording notice before you join. Private groups, calls, or retreats may have separate expectations explained before participation.

We do not sell your information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site, email, payments, course access, or legal/accounting records. Contact and donor records may be retained as long as needed for relationship history, access support, receipts, and ministry administration.
