Where does my donation go?
Donations support the ordinary infrastructure behind free gatherings, guided meditations, teaching, writing, follow-up, scholarship help, and the sanctuary work of The Pearl in Collinsville, Mississippi. Designated scholarship gifts go directly to placing participants in courses, groups, and retreats.
Who issues the receipt?
Receipts are issued by Free Dominion Foundation, a faith-based 508(c)(1)(A) ministry. Gil Hodges Freedom and Pearl of Peace are both under that ministry umbrella. You'll receive a confirmation email after PayPal completes your gift.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Free Dominion Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt church under section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are generally tax-deductible for the donor, but your specific situation depends on your filing — please consult your tax advisor. We are not able to give tax advice.
Can I change or cancel a monthly donation?
Yes. Monthly donations run through PayPal and can be paused, changed, or canceled at any time from your PayPal account. If you need help, contact us and someone will personally assist.
Can I give a one-time donation instead of monthly?
Yes. Use the "Choose Your Amount" tile and select a one-time gift on the next page. Both monthly and one-time gifts are received the same way and produce a receipt.
